Thank you for your submission to speak at SuperNova South 2017!
Now in its seventh year, SuperNova South is a five day conference of workshops, lectures, networking, and social events that brings together entrepreneurs, innovators, business leaders, solution providers and executives to discuss digital innovations, explore opportunities in the digital space and highlight how Atlanta is leading the charge in many of these areas.
The SuperNova South 2017 conference is October 2-6, 2017 in Atlanta, GA. Below, please find a few things all speakers should know, if you are selected:
- All sessions will be assigned to a specific track, and the track leader is your primary point of contact. If you do not know who your track leader is, please email programming@supernovasouth.org and we will provide that information.
- Speakers and panelists will coordinate and obtain the time and location of their presentation from their track leader.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to compensate speakers for their time or any travel expense incurred as part of this opportunity.
- SuperNova South will be providing promotional support through its website, social media and other ongoing campaigns. We encourage all speakers to promote both their individual sessions and the conference as a whole to their own networks.
- SuperNova South 2017 is a paid conference. Speakers will receive one complimentary admission for their own use. This complimentary badge is not transferable to any other individual.
- We encourage our speakers and panelists to participate in the rest of the conference, and to volunteer with the conference if possible.
- Sessions may be recorded (audio and/or video) for future marketing purposes. If there is an issue with this, you must let us know in advance by contacting us at programming@supernovasouth.org.
- If you are responsible for submitting a session that will have multiple speakers/panelists, you are responsible for turning in signed speaker release forms for ALL speakers/panelists for the session if chosen to present at the 2017 conference. Additional speaker release forms can be obtained from your track leader.
- SuperNova South will use any biography, headshot and other information sent to SuperNova South or information available on the web regarding speakers for promotion.
- We will need a copy of your presentation 10 days prior to your designated speaking day. Please make sure this is sent to your track leader.
For sessions with multiple speakers, we need a copy of this form for EACH participating speaker.
